How do I pay?
In cash (IDR) to your driver on the day. No payment is taken online.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your request is reviewed by hand. We usually confirm within a few hours on WhatsApp, and by email if you gave one.
What is included in a private tour?
The private air-conditioned car, your English-speaking driver, petrol, parking fees and mineral water. Entrance tickets and meals are paid on site unless stated otherwise.
Can I change the itinerary?
Of course. Your driver is yours for the day: skip a stop, stay longer somewhere, add a place on the way.
